Change or cancel an order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us on 02920 343038 9am-5.30pm (10am-4pm sundays), or email us here. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. 


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return them for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and other labels still intact.
Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of items that we have reasonable grounds to believe have been worn.
Please return item/s together with a note detailing the reason for the return.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible.
Please note:
(a)We are not responsible for return postage.
(b)The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and retail proof of posting from your shipper.
(c)The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
(d)The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to the shop, unless sent via special delivery.
