To get the best performance and longest life from your candle, please follow these simple care guidelines:
- Allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first use. This helps prevent tunnelling.
- Never burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use to ensure a clean, steady flame.
- Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and away from drafts, flammable materials, children and pets.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Stop using the candle when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
- Allow the candle to cool completely before handling or relighting.
- Reuse or recycle the tin once the candle has fully cooled and all wax has been removed.
